Built for Property Management Companies

The back office
your portfolio outgrew.

Calls, work orders, owner statements, and leasing inquiries do not stop because your team went home. We staff the work that keeps your portfolio running — trained on property management, working inside your systems, answering under your name.

The Real Problem

Your team is spending their best hours on the wrong work.

Every hour your property managers spend on admin, calls, and tickets is an hour not spent growing your portfolio. Here's what that's costing you.

01

Missed After-Hours Calls

Tenant emergencies and leasing inquiries don't follow business hours. Every missed call is either a frustrated existing tenant or a qualified prospect choosing your competitor.

02

Late Owner Statements

When bookkeeping is behind, owner trust erodes fast. Late statements and reconciliation errors are the #1 reason property owners switch management companies.

03

Maintenance Coordination Chaos

Logging requests, chasing vendors, updating tenants — this is a full-time job that nobody owns. It slips, tenants suffer, and your reputation pays the price.

04

Units Sitting Vacant Too Long

Slow inquiry response, unoptimized listings, no follow-up on leads. Every day a unit sits empty is direct cash bleed — yet the marketing work never gets prioritised.

05

Your Team Is Burning Out

When one person handles admin, calls, bookkeeping, and coordination simultaneously, quality suffers across all of them. Burnout leads to turnover — your most expensive problem.

06

In-House Hiring Doesn't Scale

A full-time admin + customer service rep + bookkeeper costs $110–140K/year in salary, benefits, and overhead. And when they leave, you start over. There's a smarter model.

What We Handle

Six services.
Take one, or take all six.

Every service runs under your brand, inside the software you already use, staffed by people trained specifically on property management workflows. You receive reporting on what was handled, by whom, and when.

Flagship Service

24/7 Tenant & Owner Communication

We answer the calls, emails, and chats your team cannot get to. Emergencies are triaged against your escalation rules. Leasing inquiries are answered while the prospect is still looking. Owners reach a professional who knows their portfolio.

Your phone number does not change, your brand does not change, and the caller experiences one company: yours.
Service 02

Maintenance Coordination

We own the work order from tenant request to closed ticket. Requests logged, vendors dispatched against your approved list and spend limits, tenants updated at each stage, follow-up until the job is confirmed complete.

You stop chasing, and nothing sits unread in an inbox over a weekend.
Service 03

Property Accounting & Bookkeeping

Owner statements out on the same date every month. Rent rolls reconciled, payables processed against your approval thresholds, late fees applied consistently, bank reconciliations completed and reviewed.

Leasing Support & Vacancy Fill

Common Questions

The questions every PM company
asks us before signing.

We've heard every concern. Here are the real answers.

Will our tenants know they are talking to an outsourced team?
They will experience your company. We use your company name, your email domain, your phone system, and the tone you set during onboarding. We are not hiding anything from you, and there is nothing for them to notice.
We use AppFolio, Buildium, or Rent Manager. Can you work in our system?
Yes. Our specialists are trained across the major platforms and work directly in yours. You change nothing about your tech stack. If you use something less common, tell us on the call and we will be straight with you about the ramp time.
Where is your team based?
Kosovo. Our specialists work US, UK, and German business hours, and we cover nights, weekends, and holidays. We say this on the homepage rather than burying it, because it is the first thing you would want to know.
How quickly can you start?
Onboarding runs in a set sequence from signed agreement to live coverage: systems access, process documentation, tone and escalation rules, then a supervised period before your specialist works independently. You get a firm start date on the call, based on the scope you need.
Are we locked in?
No. 30-day notice, no long-term contract. We would rather lose a client cleanly than hold one to a term they regret.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope — per seat, or a fixed price for a defined set of work. Full pricing is on the call, and we will tell you on that call if you are not big enough to benefit yet.
Next Step

Thirty minutes, and you will know
whether this is worth doing.

Bring your current volumes: calls per week, open work orders, statement turnaround, average days to lease. We will tell you which of the six services would actually move a number for you, roughly what it would cost, and where outsourcing would not help. If the answer is that you should hire locally instead, we will say so.
